Account data (name, email and, if you sign up with a password, a hash of it; if you use "Continue with Google", we receive your name and verified email). Company, project, and ticket data you upload while using GTickets. Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and support.
To operate the Service (authenticate you, show your projects and tickets, calculate budgets and reports), to send you notifications you opt into, to respond to your support requests, and to improve GTickets.
If you choose "Continue with Google", we only request your name and verified email to create or identify your account. We do not access your Google password, your contacts, or any other data from your Google account.
We do not sell your data. We only share it with the providers we need to operate the Service: our payment gateway (DPago) to process payments, an email provider to send notifications, and Google for sign-in (if you choose to use it). Each one accesses only what's necessary for its function.
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (light/dark theme, language). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Passwords are stored hashed (never in plain text), connections to the Service use HTTPS, and we limit data access based on each user's role within their company.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by writing to contacto@guaranit.com; we will delete it unless we must retain certain information for legal or accounting obligations.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to contacto@guaranit.com.
GTickets is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
