By accessing or using GTickets (the "Service"), available at guaranit.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
GTickets is a project, ticket, and budget management platform offered under a subscription (SaaS) model, aimed at companies, agencies, and work teams.
To use the Service you must create an account with accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activity carried out from your account.
The Service offers a free plan and paid plans with recurring billing, whose prices and features are detailed on the pricing page. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize the corresponding recurring charge until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation applies at the end of the period already paid for.
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, sending spam, compromising system security, or storing or sharing content that infringes third-party rights.
The data, projects, and tickets you upload to the Service belong to you. GTickets does not claim rights over your content beyond what is necessary to operate and provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. GTickets will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the current terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay.
